Intermedia Offering CF8 Enterprise Hosting

Intermedia.net announced today that they have started offering Coldfusion 8 Enterprise hosting plans. The plans start at 39.99 USD and go up to 99.95 USD per month.

I took a look at their standard plan in comparison to that offered by hostmysite. both plans 'core' features (disk space, transfer size etc) are pretty comparable. Things start to get a little complicated when you start trying to compare the rest of the plans features.

It does look like, with their list of features, that Intermedia is coming into the CF hosting marking looking to compete. It's still a good $10 more expensive than HostMySite's entry level hosting plan but perhaps the difference is in the features?

It's still better to see companies introducing CF hosting than discontinuing it!
