Today is SOTR Munich

Im sitting here in the reception waiting for SOTR folks to begin arriving. I was the first one here, even before Claud, and naturally before any of the speakers :)

I got up a bit earlier than normal and managed to get lucky with my subway so ended up arriving a good 15 minutes early (Registration starts in 2 minutes), The conference room is being rearranged, last minute style, so I'm going to remain in the reception room in this comfy leather chair until a) Someone tells me the coffee is ready or b) Andy Allan shows up with the promised wee dram of Scotch to start the day.
