Last year (or was it the year before) I decided to get my own Virtual Private Server (VPS) with Viviotech, at that time they also had managed Adobe Coldfusion servers, but I wanted to give Railo a try so I just got a so-called "true vps" and "fought" with the box for a bit getting all the software installed that I needed (my first Railo install).

Well now you don't have to go through the trouble of doing it all yourself you can just get it pre-installed for a measly $20 which, in my opinion, is practically free if I look back at how many hours I took doing my first install (with all the practice I got it down to about 20minutes now).

Now you have no reason NOT to get your own VPS!

I've used viviotech for many VPS and have nothing but great things to say about them. Their support is fantastic. Actually one complaint - I preferred their old style web manager interface to their new one.

you know I have the complaint... but I never complained directly to them, perhaps we should without feedback they won't know that folks dont like it

I also have a railo vps with viviotech and highly reccomend them - they
are really responsive to requests and my vps has had 100% uptime so far
(had it about 3 months now)
