Railo Documentation

If you have been playing with Railo lately you may have noticed that the Railo Wiki is still a tad meger. Well all that is soon to change.

Some members, including myself, of the budding Railo Community will, under the guidance of Todd Rafferty, be tackling the large task of updating the Tag and Function reference database. This will go a long way to reducing ambiguity and helping those new to Railo to get up to speed without having to look elsewhere (e.g. other vendors) for documentation.

If you would like to be involved in this growing open source community the Railo Wiki, once out of Beta, will be your place to contribute. In the mean time, if you have an issue or problem with installing Railo or have discovered a Bug or have general questions there is a google group for Railo. For bug submissions Railo is using Jira.

Happy Coding...

rob's Gravatar Small suggesting, please make it exportable into some sort of XML file (or something similar). That will help people who want to do interesting things with the dictionaries.

Gert Franz's Gravatar @Rob,

we will even support an external web service so that anyone can query anything from the "current" documentation.
