Ext JS 3.0 Final Released
I posted a little while ago that Ext JS 3.0 was available, well that was not the final release. Ext announced today on their blog yesterday that the final release of 3.0 is now available for download.
Interestingly enough the release notes on the download page have not been updated since I reported the 3.0 release back in July.
The Ext team has been hard at work improving their already excellent framework including improving memory management and working incredibly hard on making Extjs accessible for everyone by providing full keyboard navigation, screen reader support as well as a high contrast theme.
The Ext team has also provided a preview to a potentially major new tool in Ext application development. An Adobe Air Application that allows a developer "to experiment with the designer interface and to explore how configs affect your layout". In the future the Designer will provide code generation (for a fee), and provide a means for the community to sell their components.
Keep up the great work!
