Microsoft recently introduced an iPhone application for the search engine Bing. The free Bing App uses Microsoft's search engine of the same name to search the net, images and maps, there is only one problem. It crashes permanently.
Microsoft has released a beta version of their upcoming Sharepoint Server 2010. Microsoft claims that this version of Sharepoint increases the collaboration ability for MS Office users and has added wikis and workflows.
If you have a 64Bit windows install you will soon realize that you can't install Tomcat as a service using the Windows Service Installer located on the Tomcat website.

In an effort to reduce unnecessary running process on my machine I decided to turn the IIS process into a manual start-up process, same with Coldfusion, Railo etc. So today I had a bit of time to do a little testing and wanted to test the difference between Railo and Coldfusion's CFFEED.
I'm sure you have all heard that the 30GB Zune MP3 player by MicroSoft simply stopped working at the start of the new Year. But I can't help but enjoy a little schadenfreude with this little bit of news. It just goes to show that MS continues to write bad code and relies on the public to beta test it's "released" software.
