MSDirect is a fulfillment and logistics company based in Switzerland with several warehouses throughout Switzerland and an EU based warehouse in Austria. The MSDirect Shopify app connects Shopify merchants with MSDirects fulfillment infrastructure. Products sold from Merchants shops that are housed in MSDirect warehouses are automatically transferred, processed and fulfilled. The orders in shopify are automatically updated and customers informed with the appropriate tracking numbers (when applicable)
